Electrical Project Manager
Redwood Electric is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to manage the day-to-day operations of construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage project execution, including labor, material procurement, cost management, and client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, and end-users.
- Assist in producing and processing RFIs.
- Oversee all financial aspects of projects, including labor budgets, purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and contract billings.
- Manage change order pricing for each project.
- Procure materials such as switchgear, luminaires, specialty equipment, and commodities.
- Maintain tracking logs to ensure product deliveries stay on schedule.
- Review and understand all project drawings and specifications.
- Attend project and field meetings.
- Coordinate schedules with the field team, superintendent, vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate engineering efforts on design/build projects.
- Interpret client needs and provide timely responses.
- Handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
- Adhere to company and job site guidelines, ensuring contractual requirements are met safely and professionally.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical construction industry as a Field Engineer and/or Estimator.
- High school diploma or GED required; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Postsecondary electrician training program is a plus.
- Experience with estimating, cost management, procurement, and scheduling.
- Understanding of electrical power and lighting design.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at organizing and documenting project information.
- Strong research and analytical skills.

Location: In-office or on job sites
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
Salary: $95,000 – $155,000
